Blue Fish and Striped Bass

Now that you've caught your fish here are some suggestions on what to do with them.


BLUEFISH

1 envelope Lipton's Savory Herb and Garlic Soup Mix
1 Tablespoon White Wine
1 Tablespoon Oil
1/4 cup Water
1 to 2 lbs Bluefish

Mix together Lipton's mix, wine, oil, and water and add bluefish.  Marinade for 15 to 20 minutes. Grill or bake at 375 to 400 degrees until it's done (about 20 minutes).


STRIPED BASS

1 Stick Butter

1 Lemon

1 Cup Sliced onions

pepper

Place fillets on aluminum foil and brush both sides with butter. Squeeze lemon over the fish to taste. Sprinkle with pepper to taste, place onions on top, and throw onto grill for 10-15 minutes.
